Your Right to Cancel
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without providing a reason.

Returning Items
Once a return has been approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to return your item.
Please do not send returns directly to manufacturers, suppliers or fulfilment partners unless specifically instructed by Amp & Axle.
Items returned without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are packaged securely and arrive in a resaleable condition.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be returned within the applicable return period
- Be in their original condition
- Include all original packaging where possible
- Not show signs of misuse, damage or excessive wear
This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs where applicable
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible through a replacement, repair or refund where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety or customisation reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return unless faulty. Any such exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page.
