Shipping Information

At Amp & Axle, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

To offer the widest range of EV accessories and lifestyle products, we fulfil orders using a combination of UK-stocked products and trusted supplier fulfilment partners. As a result, delivery times may vary depending on the item(s) ordered.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days of receiving payment.

During busy periods, product launches, holidays or promotional events, processing times may occasionally be extended. If this occurs, we will do our best to keep customers informed.


Delivery Times

UK Stocked Products

Products held in our own UK inventory are typically delivered within:

2–5 working days

Supplier Fulfilled Products

Products shipped directly from our trusted supplier network are typically delivered within:

5 - 20 working days

Please note that delivery estimates are provided as a guide and may vary depending on supplier location, courier performance, customs processing and seasonal demand.

Where applicable, estimated delivery times may also be displayed on individual product pages.


Multiple Item Orders

If your order contains multiple items, products may arrive separately.

This can occur when items are dispatched from different fulfilment locations or supplier partners.

You will not incur any additional shipping charges if your order is delivered in multiple shipments.


Tracking Information

Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your dispatch confirmation.


Delivery Delays

While we always aim to meet our estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including:

  • Courier delays
  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Customs inspections
  • Supplier stock shortages
  • Public holidays
  • High seasonal demand

Amp & Axle cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers or customs authorities.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

Amp & Axle cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed, lost or delivered to an incorrect address due to inaccurate information supplied by the customer.


International Orders

We currently focus on serving customers within the United Kingdom.

Should international shipping become available, customers may be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local charges imposed by their country.
